Imperial started production in 1992 with thirty employees; today, it has personnel of over four hundred and is still dynamically developing. After seven years of activity in the domestic market Imperial has started to export products into other European and Middle Eastern countries.

Since 1999 Hanover Trade Fairs Imperial is present on most exhibition events in the world, including the largest lighting industry trade fairs in Frankfurt and Milan.
